Payment Method
When ordering online, we accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover if paying with Paypal; orders must be to a confirmed address only. Please be advised that if you pay by a personal check or money order, your order will not ship until the personal check or money order has cleared.
TAX will no be charged to customers outside the state of Florida. All Florida customers will pay taxes on store purchases.
Shipping
Most items on our website are currently in stock and ship within 1-3 business days. All orders are shipped via USPS. Rush delivery must be requested over the telephone.

Please allow 2 to 3 weeks delivery time for any out of stock items.
Returns and Exchanges
All mail ordered items may be returned within 15 days in unused condition for an exchange or store credit only. We do not reimburse any shipping fees, unless it was a mistake on our part. If you would like to exchange your item, please send an e-mail to returns@puppiesandcouture.net Please include in your e-mail your order details and reason for return, an RMA (return merchandise authorization) form will be e-mailed to you within 48 business hours from receipt of your e-mail. Please print and include with the item that you will return to us. We cannot take back custom or personalized items unless there is a workmanship defect.

Puppy Policy
No puppy ordering online.

Our selection is very limited.
We do not buy puppies from any puppy broker. Our puppies are home raised. It is our mission to provide happy and healthy Teacup and Toy puppies.
Puppy Shipping
We would prefer not to ship our puppies. If a puppy cannot be picked up, we will review the adoption and consider making shipping arrangements on an individual basis with the new adoptive owners to be. When this comes up, we will ship via Continental's Pet Safe Program. Puppies are flown in an air-conditioned/heated area that is depressurized like the passengers on the plane. This is a counter-to-counter flight booked to most major cities. We will be in touch until your new puppy has arrived safe and sound. Please note that we will not ship any puppy until the veterinarian has approved it.
When a puppy is adopted
You will receive a puppy contract, registration papers, health record, and information on what you will need to purchase for your new puppy at the pet store. Your puppy will also come with a Puppy Goody Bag.
Your puppy will be guaranteed to be a purebred. The puppy will be examined by a Florida licensed veterinary who will certify to the best of their knowledge the puppy is found to be in good physical health at the time of examination. You will have 48 hours (excluding weekend and holidays) after purchase or shipped received date to have the puppy examined by a veterinarian of your choice. If the veterinarian certifies at the time of sale that the puppy was unfit for purchase due to congenial or hereditary disorder, the buyer has the right to bring the puppy back and receive a full refund of the purchase price excluding any shipping and veterinary cost. If you choose to not have the puppy examined within 48 hours of purchase or shipped received date, then you accept the puppy "as is."
Your puppy will be guaranteed to be free of Genetic Health Disorders within the 1st year from the puppy’s birthday.
You will agree to properly house your new puppy, and to provide quality nutrition, and scheduled vaccinations/worming, and veterinary care, as needed. Any evidence that the puppy has been neglected or abused will void your contract. The puppy cannot be sold to a pet shop/puppy broker or breeding kennel. If one day you feel that you can no longer care for the puppy, we would like to be notified, so we can assist in finding the puppy a new suitable home.
No guarantee will be made for size, temperament, show quality, breeding capability, nor hypoglycemia (low blood sugar) of the puppy.
